Frequently Asked Questions

Our most popular size card is 4.6" x 7.2", which comes in a flat or folded style. Most customers adding one or more photos to their cards choose a flat style. But if you don't want to use a photo or want room for messages, folded cards are great, too.

Our folded cards arrive flat with a score for easy folding and are available in rectangular or square sizes. (Note: Square-shaped cards may require additional postage. Check your local post office for pricing.)

The ideal time to mail cards is 2-3 weeks in advance of the holidays. With that in mind, we recommend placing an order before the end of November. That gives you ample time for mailing once we’ve printed your cards and shipped them to your address. And if you run short on time, we offer Express and Rush delivery.

To ensure the best print quality, we recommend using a bright photo that has not been cropped. We also suggest you use the largest file size possible to maintain the image’s details. Between your gorgeous images and our design options, you can look forward to a beautifully crafted Christmas card that not only shares your holiday greetings, but also leaves a memorable impression on every recipient.

Yes. After designing your Christmas cards, you’ll be asked to choose from a variety of envelope styles. Whichever style you choose, you’ll receive one envelope for each of your custom Christmas cards – and if you’d prefer to skip the envelopes, you’ll have that option too.

We don’t offer samples at this time. However, if a certain design catches your eye, you can order a single card in the 4.6" x 7.2" or 5" x 7” sizes in standard matte or premium glossy stock. You can also order any of our designs in any size or paper stock in quantities as low as 10. Both are cost-effective ways to see and feel your cards before fully committing.

After reviewing the color and paper, reordering more cards is easy. If you want to make any updates, you’ll be able to edit your design in our studio. Either way, your order – and satisfaction – is absolutely guaranteed.

Yes! We now offer free address printing on select envelope styles. When asked to choose envelopes for your card – after you’ve finished designing – simply select our custom envelopes or white addressed envelopes. Once you’ve made your selection, you’ll be taken through a step-by-step process that allows you to upload all your addresses.

Note: We currently do not offer recipient addressing on colored blank envelopes or white blank envelopes.
