Received my canvas framed artwork in a large box with cushions on corners. However the entire open white area of my canvas was not covered nor protected. The delivered box was completely covered in dust and dirt and dust was all inside the box on my canvas.

We advise picking a frame that matches your decor style. Our black frame, for example, is great for modern and minimalist spaces. Our walnut option works wonderfully with traditional decor schemes (think rich textures and sturdy wood furniture). White frames, on the other hand, work for a variety of spaces due to their versatility.
We do! We’ve been printing quality art for over 20 years and have picked up some pointers along the way:
Use high-res photos: Uploading photos with at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) will give you the sharpest prints possible
Match the image's shape to the canvas: This helps avoid any white margins
Preview your print: Use our preview tool to download a proof of your print. That way you can catch any errors and ensure you feel confident about your final order.
Custom framed prints are more premium than unframed canvas and a wonderful way to create a more polished, finished display for your space. The frame options are also a chance to experiment with different colors and styles.
That said, if you lean toward the minimalist style of classic canvas, that’s fine too! It all comes down to your personal preference.
